This event is intended for community interaction, networking, and discussion. Any statements, insights, or opinions shared at this gathering are for general informational purposes only and should not be construed as financial, legal, or professional advice.

I understand that individual outcomes or success based on ideas shared during the event are not guaranteed, and personal initiative and discretion are required when applying any information or recommendations discussed.

I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for my own personal safety and behavior while attending this event.

I voluntarily assume all risk of loss, injury, illness, or death that may occur as a result of attending or participating in any activity related to this meet and greet.

I hereby release and hold harmless Turley Talks, LLC, Dr. Steve Turley, Ralph Cochran, and/or any of their affiliates, partners, heirs, assigns, employees, contractors, or attendees from any and all liability for any claims or causes of action that may arise from or occur during my attendance, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

If I have any pre-existing medical conditions or become injured before or during the event, I will notify Turley Talks, LLC in writing.

I agree to conduct myself in a respectful, professional, and courteous manner throughout the duration of the event. I understand that if I am found to be disruptive, disrespectful, intoxicated, or otherwise acting inappropriately — as determined solely by Turley Talks, LLC — I may be asked to leave the event, and no reimbursement will be provided.

I understand and acknowledge that all concepts, conversations, materials, and content shared by Turley Talks, LLC or its representatives during the event are considered proprietary and may be protected by intellectual property laws.

I agree not to record, duplicate, distribute, or publicly share any such content without the express written consent of Turley Talks, LLC.I give my full and irrevocable permission for Turley Talks, LLC to capture, use, and reproduce my name, image, voice, likeness, biographical information, testimonials, and any other recorded or written submissions made during the event, in whole or in part, for promotional, educational, or any other lawful purpose, in any form or media, without expectation of compensation or further notice.

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my decisions and behavior before, during, and after the event.

I release Turley Talks, LLC, Dr. Steve Turley, Ralph Cochran, and all affiliated parties from any liability arising from actions I take based on discussions or interactions at the event.

This Consent and Release shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. If any portion of this document is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such determination shall not affect the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
